RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange my item(s)?
We currently are not offering returns or exchanges due to each item being made special just for you! We do not pre-print designs unless for pictures for display on our website. This means the item you order will be freshly hand crafted and made to order with the design, and size you choose. Please note that no two clothing items will be identical for this reason. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have selected the correct quantity, size, and type before checking out. This cannot be changed once the order is placed. However, if there is an issue such as damage to the item(s) upon receipt/delivery, please notify us by email (wildflowerteeboutique@gmail.com) within 24 hrs. of receipt of your package. Please include pictures of the damage and any other supporting evidence for your claim. Please inspect item(s) before wearing or washing. Wildflower Tee Boutique is unable to accept returns for items that have been washed, with the exception being the integrity of your item having a notable deterioration after washing, which will be handled on a case by case basis. We are more than happy to help and try to make things right in any event. As an ethical and trusted seller, I please ask for you to contact me if you have any issues whatsoever BEFORE LEAVING A REVIEW. I pride myself on providing fantastic service and work very hard to reach and maintain a Star Seller Status. High standards, customer satisfaction, and pride in my business is # 1. If you experience anything short of a five star experience, please contact me so I can attempt to make it right!
How long will it take to get my item(s)?
Each order will ship within 10 business days of your order being placed. Upon shipping, you will receive tracking information. However, I will always try to get your goodies to you as fast as possible! I know you will be excited to see them! In the event of increased order volume affecting shipping times, you will be notified of any lead time changes. In any event, we will keep an open line of communication with all customers to ensure your satisfaction. In the event Wildflower Tee Boutique does not adhere to these standards, any order affected will be addressed on a case by case basis promptly, with care.
*NOTE: All details for personalization and custom work muST be received before work can begin. Delay's created by not providing Wildflower Tee Boutique all required details to execute your order will lead to longer processing times, including delivery. Refunds will not be issued because of these delays.
Clothing Sizes/ Colors?
We offer many color and size options. Sizing guides are available for each clothing type on the page of each category/style. Please review size charts and break out your tape measure if you are unsure. Refunds and exchanges cannot be issued due to selecting the wrong size, design, or color as all clothing and accessories are made to order.
How do I care for my item(s)?
It is best practice to wash your clothing items inside out, with cold water. This is to maintain the design's integrity. *Do not iron or use bleach.
What happens if my package is lost/stolen?
Once the package has been shipped, Wildflower Tee Boutique will be available to address any shipping errors, damage to merchandise, and other unforeseen situation needing attention. We want to ensure you, the customer, is satisfied with each and every purchase as you receive the items. We will assist with any issues dealing with freight carrier mishandling / damage.
